Super fun to ride. Not fast in stock form but you have such a good time riding that it really doesn’t matter, plus there is a growing supply of aftermarket parts you can tap if that’s your thing. If you’re having trouble deciding if the extra $$ is worth it for the Segway over the Sur Ron consider that you can have this in a week instead of two months from Luna, and it comes with better hardware.

This bike exceeded all my expectations and I was stoked about before I got it from my wife for my wedding gift (significantly better than a watch ngl). I have put over 400 miles on my surron. I take my dogs with me on mountain bike trails and we have a blast. The dogs are more excited to see the bike than I get when I am riding it. It can fit anywhere a mountain bike can. I also started taking it to work on back roads and trails. It’s very freeing to be on a road one minute and a trail the next. I use it almost every day and I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants an e-bike but doesn’t want to pedal. It goes plenty fast enough if you are taking it on bike trails and such. When you get on roads it’s easy to top it out but honestly if I were to have go faster I’d probably get in trouble one way or another. The only downside is the range, you wish it could get 100+ miles per charge but it’s still an incredibly impressive battery and motor. Highly recommend getting this bike!

This bike is amazing! There are the usual issues others report such as soft tires and terrible breaks. I think there should be an upgrade option for better breaks or a cheaper option to send the bike without breaks so that the buyer can upgrade them. They still function. Purchase was smooth, took about 2 weeks to receive the bike. Setup was easy. Only reason for 4 star is the breaks because you need to spend another 400 to upgrade. Another note is the head light. Please add a switch so that we don’t have to spend extra money for one. Outside of the breaks, this bike was worth every penny!

The bike is great it runs great and is supper fun and exciting. Hits jumps like nothing and pops wheelies like nothing , if you are reading reviews to see if you should get it do it it is so worth it. The reason I give it a 3 star is not about how the bike itself works it is about the condition it may come in, for example when we got my bike every thing worked fine but there was a crack in my speedometer and scratches by the side of the peg. Also parts for the bike can quickly add up. Hopefully this review makes your decision.

I honestly don’t even know where to start…..I had so many questions for Daniel throughout this whole process. He was extremely patient with me, and got back to me within minutes on most occasions! Every other site I dealt with, and there were a few, took well over 24 hours to answer a simple question like shipping procedure. Daniel on the other hand was on point with ALL of my questions. He’s got a great social media presence on Facebook, gave me much ease while spending this much money. So I ordered late on a Thursday night, early the following morning shipping information was setup. I had my bike scheduled for delivery the following Wednesday!! That’s 5 days! From Florida to Buffalo NY! I got a 2 hour window on when fed ex would arrive. Thinking no way they would be on time. I got a phone call, YES A PHONE CALL, from Fed Ex saying they would be 15 minutes late!! Never in my life has a delivery company told me they would be late. They ended up showing up 4 minutes before my 2-4pm delivery was scheduled. Still on time. Point being Fed Ex freight is a whole new animal. If you’re on the fence about shipping, don’t be. It arrived on a pallet in good shape. The bike is PRSTINE!!! This thing is awesome!!!! There are so many upgrades for this thing!!! Daniel has controllers in stock that will allow your bike to do 80mph plus with the proper battery!!!! Speed upgrades, Shiney upgrades, road tire upgrades, he is now my go to!! Even Bone stock this this RIPS! But me being me wants to upgrade everything I can. Customer service is very big with me. Anyone can sell you a bike. The sale is over and he’s still answering all of my questions!! Awesome team over there at The Sur-Ron Shop. Daniel and company have a customer for life!
